Testing Assistant/Psychometrician

Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time testing assistant for in-person test administration, scoring, and data entry. Generally, hours will be between the hours of 8am-3pm, with some variability depending on the week-to-week testing schedule.

Child/Adolescent Therapist

Job Description:
We are actively seeking a licensed therapist (i.e., licensed psychologist, LICSW, LCSW, or LMHC) to join our team. This position is primarily for an in-person*, individual therapy caseload. Clinicians who also have experience with behavioral parent training, social skills groups, emotion regulation groups, and/or teen anxiety and depression groups will be given priority. Anticipated schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with the expectation that the clinician will be available during the afternoons and early evenings. Part-time (i.e., 10-12 clients per week) or full-time (i.e., average of 25 clients per week) caseload is available, with a full-time schedule including parent training opportunities during the school day hours.

*While some clients still prefer or require telehealth, we are seeing the majority of our clients in-office, and the expectation is that the clinician will be in the office for the large majority of their appointments.
Qualifications:
  • Ph.D., Psy.D., or Master’s degree
  • Experience and expertise with behavioral and cognitive-behavioral methodologies
  • Must already be licensed in the state of Massachusetts
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail

Postdoctoral Fellowship in Child/Adolescent Clinical Psychology and Pediatric Neuropsychology

Job Description:
We are actively seeking full-time Postdoctoral Fellows who will work under the supervision of our Licensed Psychologists. This is a 12-month fellowship, with the option for a second year of training and/or the opportunity to become a full-time Staff Psychologist after becoming licensed and credentialed. This full-time position will include a balance of clinical psychology (i.e., individual child/adolescent therapy, behavioral parent training, and group therapy), as well as pediatric neuropsychology training (i.e., test administration, scoring, report writing). Time granted for EPPP study will be approved upon request.

Applicants with various levels of expertise will be considered, and additional training/supervision can be offered as needed. If desired, the clinician’s caseload can include some therapy clients (e.g., individual therapy or behavioral parent training), school observations, and/or community workshops, as well.
