I am the Office Manager at KPS and enjoy keeping the office running smoothly while supporting our team and clients. My wife and I have lived in Franklin since 2003, where we raised our four children. They are all adults now, with our youngest entering college, and our black Lab, Luna, has been keeping us entertained since 2020.
I attended Wheaton College in Norton, where I studied Math and Economics. My professional background includes many years in IT, as well as preparing detailed reports for insurance claims. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, bowling, going to the movies, and spending time with family and friends. I’m excited to be part of the KPS team and look forward to providing a welcoming experience for everyone who visits our practice.

The testing is very thorough, and the comprehensive reports Dr. Ballou provided to our family were very detailed and easy to follow. Our behavioral health team at our pediatrician’s office and our IEP teams at school have also commented many times about how professional and helpful the comprehensive reports have been.
